We are not responsible for the functionality, security, or accuracy of any third-party service, including but not limited to:

  • Smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits.
  • Rug pulls, scams, or project failures.
  • Exchange hacks, insolvencies, or operational issues.
  • Network congestion or transaction failures on a blockchain.
  • Loss of funds due to errors in entering wallet addresses.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to monitor and remove any User Content at any time and for any reason.

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE;
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE;
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; AND

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR ITS EQUIVALENT.

10. Indemnification

11. Risk Acknowledgement

  • Technical Risk: Underlying software and technology are experimental and may contain flaws. This includes the risk of smart contract bugs and network forks.
  • Security Risk: Digital assets are susceptible to hacking, phishing, and other security breaches. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallets.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
