We sincerely apologize for the current service interruption and the frozen server state many of you are experiencing. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this causes, especially given the importance of consistent uptime and reliable transaction processing for your operations.

The server is currently frozen due to a pending transaction associated with the wallet address owned by minor miner “Weslee Deegan.” This transaction has introduced an unexpected conflict within the validation node, causing the network to halt as it attempts to resolve the block. This is not a fault of the miner, but rather an unforeseen edge-case in our transaction handling protocol.

We want to assure you that:

No funds are at risk.

Our development team is actively working on a resolution.

We are implementing a protocol hotfix to clear the pending transaction and prevent similar occurrences in the future.

We are prioritizing a safe and stable resolution to restore full service as quickly as possible. The network will resume normal operation immediately upon applying the fix.

We will follow up with a detailed post-mortem and timeline for compensation or fee waivers for the affected period.
